Michel Stuijt shared his view on the role of Post offices in the remittances space and pointed to the current threats and opportunities for Postal Institutions.
There was a lively discussion on the need for change, on the access to necessary technology and the opportunity to “stretch value chains” (e.g. the value chain of e-commerce) to increase the value that Postal Institutions can provide.
