Eurogiro Technical User Group Meeting 2015 in Copenhagen
The Technical User Group Meeting is the annual event for Site-coordinators, Operators and System Managers in the Eurogiro network.
A main objective of the meeting is to bring members together and present new technical development within Eurogiro.
We will discuss how the increasing AML/ATF compliance requirements are best dealt with from an operational and IT systems aspect. This will include updates on new provisions, on best practices and possible solutions for sanction screening.
Eurogiro is currently implementing a new version of our single point of settlement for EUR where the settlement provider will screen the underlying transactions based on copies of the transactions. Therefore, we will this year focus on the changes to the settlement process and on related updates to the Eurogiro application.
On Day 2, we will have an open forum where participants can exchange experience and seek knowledge with our Service Desk – ENOC, our software developers from Seavus Group and Eurogiro. We will also this year proudly present speakers from our members as well as external speakers with focus on relevant IT technologies and procedures. Thus, one of the leading providers of sanction screening tools (Fircosoft) will be speaking at the conference.

Almost 50 delegates from 25 members will convene in Copenhagen 16 – 18 June for this year’s Technical User Group Meeting.
