The answer is not that easy and we have
to be fair: we have, ourselves, been relatively
quiet as a company for some time. Every-
thing went well and functioned perfectly, as
it was supposed to. The members were very
satisfied.
But nowadays, that is not enough! Competi-
tion (both existing and new entrants) are
increasingly “eating our lunch”.
The growth in new members has been low
over the past years and we have also seen
limited growth in the number of partners that
help us bring in new business.
Given the “pot of gold” we are sitting on, my
main ambition is to increase our visibility
amongst members and convince them that
we can do more for them than we do already.
Furthermore, we need to grow the number of
members and partners rapidly in order to be
able to provide better reach for our existing
members and to adapt to the growing and
changing needs of the market.
The main asset of Eurogiro is its network,
and the reach and reachability it provides by
Looking back at my ”first 100 days” and all the
days that have passed since then, I realise what
a great company Eurogiro is!

using its unique systems. By connecting our
members to many types of participants in the
financial industry, including our partners, we
help members and their clients grow their
business!
In order to understand the needs and
ambitions of our members, partners and
prospects, I have, during the last months,
travelled to many countries, not only to meet
with and hear the voices of our members,
but also to gain a better understanding of the
challenges that are currently facing us in the
market. The aim is to be able to better trans-
late these needs into services and products.
The many meetings and contacts, and the
information exchanged, has helped me to
prepare a renewed Eurogiro Vision and Stra-
tegy that will be presented to the Board.
I am confident that this will lead to increased
successes for our great company - Eurogiro -
and also for our members!
